There are quite a few Thomas Cozens born in Norfolk [let alone other counties] that are candidates to be the one who married Mary Inkson so it is not possible to even guess which one it was.No death records for a Thomas Cozens have been found so far.

Mary,'daughter of George and Margaret Inkson' was baptised in St Nicholas' on 6 May 1770.What cannot be found is any record of her death but there are three Mary Cozens in the 1841 census records for Norfolk, two of whom were aged 70 at the time of the census [the third was aged 78 and is unlikely to be this Mary even though she was the only one living in Kings Lynn].
One of the two 70 year olds was living with a John Cozens also 70 so it is assumed that they were husband and wife. The other was living with a James Cozens aged 25 [perhaps a grandson] in North Walsham, well to the east of Kings Lynn but one of the candidates for Mary's husband Thomas was born in North Walsham so perhaps ...?
