Ethel Mary Victoria was a child of Henry William Helsdon and his wife Martha Harriett née Inkson, so a descendent of the 1801 Inkson - Harborow marriage through William and then Thomas Harborow Inkson. There is no baptism record but her date of birth is available from the 1939 England Register.
She married Sydney Graham Chase, a watchmaker from Aylsham, on 28 Jan 1924 in Thornham parish church. In 1928 they had a girl born in Aylsham, Norfolk but the registration just notes that the baby was female so did the child die more or less at birth? At the time of the 1939 England Register they were living in Knaphill, Surrey [so close to Ethel Mary Victoria's older sister Ida Lilian and her family] and Sydney Graham was noted as a tobacconist. There is a closed record for their household so maybe the child survived or they had another child?
