Winifred Alice was a child of Thomas Plumb and his wife Alice Walters née Inkson, so a descendent of the 1801 Inkson - Harborow marriage through William and then Thomas Harborow Inkson. There is no baptism record but her date of birth is from family records.
She firstly married Joseph Sydney Jones in late 1914 in Lewisham. He was Welsh and by 1916 was in WWI serving in the RAMC. He died in 1919, presumably from some affliction of that war [the offical cause of death was 'double pneumonia' and syncope (fainting)]. Winifred Alice and Joseph Sydney had one child, a girl.
Later in life, Winifred Alice married John Stubbings. She was already 46 when they married so there were no children from the second marriage and it is not shown on the tree below.
