At the time of writing, northern spring 2020, the British Census records for 1841 to 1911 are available on line and indexed for searching. One URL [web address] to start searching these records is http://www.ancestry.co.uk. The records for 1921 are eagerly awaited but that must wait until at least 2021 and will probably be later. In addition, the partly redacted data for the register taken in 1939 at the start of WWII is available.
The records do not seem to record all of the Inksons even though they were clearly alive and some of the indices are wrong. Some of the records have been transcribed to here. MBI holds the original images.
