William HARBOROW b: ABT 1725 Middleton, Norfolk
William was the son of a William and the grandson of an even earlier William so is known as William III. He is important to the story of the Norfolk Inksons because he was the father of Ann b. ABT 1774 who married Thomas Inkson b. ABT 1772 in 1801.
William and his wife Elizabeth are reported to have had twelve children, six of whom survived to adulthood. William's tree has not been followed down except in two specific cases. The first is because, in due course, two of his grandchildren, John Harborow b. ABT 1790 - a son of William's son Thomas and Margaret Inkson b. ABT 1806 - a daughter of Ann - married in turn. It is more complicated than that however : George Harborow b. 1819 - son of William's grandson William [a brother of John Harborow b. ABT 1790] married Sarah Inkson b. ABT 1817 - another daughter of Ann so that branch is followed too.
